Hi, I'm Mikayla from Achieve Your Peak Physio — a Physical Therapist and mountain biker who got tired of seeing riders follow generic gym programs that did nothing for their riding.
Everything in this program comes from years of working with MTB riders 1:1 and understanding exactly what your body needs to perform on technical terrain, handle big days in the saddle, and stay injury free season after season.
I built this because I wanted every rider to have access to DPT level programming — not just my 1:1 clients.
