Dr. Mikayla Jansen, PT, DPT

Hi, I’m Dr. Jansen, a Doctor of Physical Therapy who helps outdoor athletes stay strong, recover smarter, and keep doing what they love.

I specialize in physical therapy, injury rehabilitation, and strength training for mountain bikers, skiers, and other outdoor athletes of all levels, from those just getting started to highly experienced and competitive athletes. Whether you are riding singletrack, chasing powder, or training for your next adventure, my goal is to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay active for the long term.
As a former collegiate athlete and lifelong recreational athlete, I understand how frustrating injuries can be because I have been there myself. Those experiences led me to pursue a career in physical therapy and turn my love for movement and outdoor adventure into helping others come back stronger and more confident.

I offer virtual physical therapy and strength coaching for athletes across most U.S. states, making high quality, individualized care accessible wherever you train.
My main goal is not just to help you recover, but to teach you how to move well, recognize early signs of injury, and build the skills needed to prevent setbacks for life, so your body can keep up with the activities you love.
