Physical therapy for mountain bikers — from a PT who's been injured.

I'm a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a rider, trained at the University of Colorado. As a former collegiate runner transitioned to mountain biker, I help mountain bikers get out of pain, build real strength, and keep doing what they love.

My focus is the spine - because most injuries are linked to it.

It's where most riders break down: lower back pain on long climbs, upper back pain between the shoulder blades, stiffness after a big day, pain that keeps coming back no matter how much you stretch. That's my specialty.

My own road here ran through multiple shoulder surgeries, so I know how limited mobility up the chain — shoulders, upper back, neck — changes how you move and where pain lands.

That's exactly why I don't just chase the sore spot. Back pain in riders is rarely just a back problem; it's usually a hip, core, or upper-back issue showing up at the weakest link. I find the real driver and build it stronger.

How I work: Virtual PT and strength coaching, available across most U.S. states.

Real rehab, real coaching — at home, in your gym, on your schedule.

My goal isn't just to get you back to baseline. It's to build a more durable body than you had before, and teach you how to keep it that way.
