FAQs
How does virtual physical therapy work?
We meet over secure video chat. You’ll get a personalized assessment, treatment plan, and guided exercises tailored to your needs and goals — no clinic visit required. You'll have access to communicate with your physical therapist between sessions. You may send video messages to your therapist to check in on exercise form from wherever you are (the gym, home, on the road, etc.).

What do I need for a virtual session?
A phone, tablet, or computer with a camera and reliable internet. Your therapist will work with whatever space and equipment you have available.

Do you have a clinic for in-person physical therapy?

No, this is a mobile service that allows you and your PT to work together in your home, with your equipment (where you will actually be recovering)! This is effective because it is more realistic to set up exercises where you will actually be doing them, not in a clinic. This can be adapted to a gym as well, if that's where you'll be exercising.

What if I don’t have any gym equipment?
No problem. Your PT will build your plan around what you have — even if it’s just bodyweight and a bit of floor space.

Do you take insurance?
This is currently a cash-pay service - for both physical therapy and performance/strength training. The benefits of cash-pay are plentiful!
-
You are not waiting in line at an understaffed clinic, where each physical therapist sees multiple patients at a time.
-
Your care is personalized to you and not dictated by your insurance limits. Say goodbye to pre-approvals for visits - you get the care you need, when you need it.
-
You will receive whole-body care. Every part of your body works together and insurance only allows a physical therapist to work on one body part at a time.

How do I get started?
You may book a free consultation to schedule a quick 15-minute chat. We’ll talk about your goals, current concerns, and how physical therapy or strength and performance coaching can help. It's your chance to ask any burning questions about virtual or in-home physical therapy or strength services!
