I'm a Doctor of Physical Therapy and an MTB rider. I spend my free time on the trail, which means I understand what your back actually goes through on a long climb, a technical descent, and the drive home after a big day out.
I don't believe in just getting people "out of pain" for a few weeks. Your plan will be built around your riding goals, your history, and your body. No generic PDF handouts, no one-size-fits-all rehab templates, no being told to just rest and come back in six weeks.
I bridge the gap between rehab and performance, because getting out of pain is only half the job. The other half is building a body strong enough to stay on the trail, ride harder, and stop the cycle of flare-ups for good.
The outcome is a body that handles long days in the saddle, back-to-back ride weekends, and big technical terrain without falling apart. You'll ride with more confidence, recover faster, and actually understand what your body needs to stay healthy on the bike.
