I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy and an enjoyer of all mountain sports! I spend my free time mountain biking, skiing, trail running, climbing, and staying balanced in my own body. I understand the demands of these sports through doing them myself.
I don’t believe in just getting people “out of pain” for a few weeks. Your plan will be built around your goals, your history, and your lifestyle. Say goodbye to repeated times in physical therapy that don't address your WHOLE body or the main issue. I don't do generic PDF handouts or no one-size-fits-all rehab templates. I bridge the gap from rehab to performance - a difference you'll feel in the mountains.
