Why Work With Me
I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy and an enjoyer of all mountain sports! I spend my free time mountain biking, skiing, trail running, climbing, and staying balanced in my own body. I understand the demands of these sports through doing them myself.
I don’t believe in just getting people “out of pain” for a few weeks. My focus is helping you resolve current issues and build the strength and resilience to prevent new ones, so pain stops dictating when and how you get outside.
My approach is simple and intentional. Your plan is built around your goals, your history, and your lifestyle. There are no cookie-cutter programs, no generic PDF handouts, and no one-size-fits-all rehab templates. Coaching is individualized, adaptive, and designed to evolve with you across seasons.
The outcome is a body that moves more efficiently, handles stress better, and holds up through long days on trails and snow. You’ll ride harder, ski longer, recover smarter, and gain the confidence to manage flare-ups on your own, without relying on quick fixes or endless appointments.
