Why Work With Me

I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy and an enjoyer of all mountain sports! I spend my free time mountain biking, skiing, trail running, climbing, and staying balanced in my own body. I understand the demands of these sports through doing them myself. ​

I don’t believe in just getting people “out of pain” for a few weeks. Your plan will be built around your goals, your history, and your lifestyle. Say goodbye to repeated times in physical therapy that don't address your WHOLE body or the main issue. I don't do generic PDF handouts or no one-size-fits-all rehab templates. I bridge the gap from rehab to performance - a difference you'll feel in the mountains.

The outcome is a body that moves more efficiently, handles stress better, and holds up through long days on trails and snow. You’ll ride harder, ski longer, recover smarter, and gain the confidence to manage flare-ups on your own!

Most riders/skiers invest between $1K –$2.5K in a focused 2–4 month Doctor of Physical Therapy-designed strength program with ongoing 1:1 adjustments to keep you progressing and resilient for years. HSA/FSA accepted. Is this commitment realistic for you?
