Do I need special equipment?

Every at home program is built for resistance bands only (and some dumbbell substitutes for those that have them). The gym ones require a squat rack, barbells and plates, and dumbbells.

What's the difference between tiers?

Self-Guided is fully independent. Form Check adds weekly video feedback. Coached adds ongoing messaging and personalization of programs.
