We provide virtual strength and injury-resilience coaching for mountain bikers, skiers, and active outdoor people who want lasting change, not temporary relief.

This is not a quick-fix or discharge-based rehab model. Our approach focuses on building long-term strength, understanding, and confidence so you can stay active for years.

Coaching, Not Endless Rehab

We start by understanding your story, your riding or skiing goals, injury history, current pain patterns, and what you want your body to be capable of long term.

From there, we create an individualized plan that evolves with you, day by day. Coaching is one-on-one and focused on helping you understand why your body responds the way it does, how to recognize early signs of flare-ups, and how to adjust training or activity with confidence instead of fear.

The goal is independence, not dependence on constant appointments.

Strength That Transfers to Real Life

Your program is developed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, is evidence-informed, personalized, and designed to support both your sport and everyday life. Rather than avoiding challenges, we help you build the strength and capacity to move through them, on trails, on snow, and in daily movement.

This approach builds durability, not fragility.

Support Beyond Sessions​

Coaching doesn’t stop at scheduled check-ins. You’ll have access to ongoing guidance and adjustments between sessions, so you’re supported when questions or flare-ups come up, not left guessing until the next call.
