Service Description

5 sessions including one evaluation. Your dedicated PT will take the time to understand your symptoms, guide you through tailored movement assessments, and design a custom rehabilitation plan built around your goals. You can communicate with your Physical Therapist in between visits for questions and adjustments to your exercise program. Think of it like having a PT in your pocket. Currently taking on clients from the following states: AK, AL, AR, AZ, CO, DE, GA, IA, IN, KY, LA, MD, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, OK, OR, PA, RI SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, and WV.
