Service Description
Receive high-quality, personalized care from the comfort of your home with a comprehensive virtual evaluation led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Your dedicated PT will take the time to understand your symptoms, guide you through tailored movement assessments, and design a custom rehabilitation plan built around your goals. Before your session, be sure to wear comfortable clothing you can move in and position your screen so you’re fully visible during the evaluation. Currently taking on clients from the following states: AK, AL, AR, AZ, CO, DE, GA, IA, IN, KY, LA, MD, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, OK, OR, PA, RI SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, and WV.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and schedules may change. To provide the best service to all our clients, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling made 24 hours or more before your appointment will not incur any fee. Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 25% fee of the scheduled service total. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
