Service Description

Work one-on-one with a strength coach who is also a Doctor of Physical Therapy to create a personalized strength and conditioning program designed to help you perform at your best in the outdoors. Whether you train at a gym, at home, or with limited equipment, your plan will be tailored to your environment and goals. You will receive weekly 30 minute video visits to discuss your plan, questions, go through exercises, and make adjustments. Your coach will check in with you and be available through text/email to adjust exercises at any time during business hours. You may send video messages of exercise form and ask any general questions. This is not physical therapy—it’s focused strength and resilience training for outdoor athletes preparing for a season of biking, skiing, hiking, or any other adventure. It’s the ideal option for those looking to prevent injuries by targeting specific deficits in strength, balance, and endurance—before they hold you back.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and schedules may change. To provide the best service to all our clients, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling made 24 hours or more before your appointment will not incur any fee. Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 25% fee of the scheduled service total. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
