These are programs built and filmed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy that combine strength training and injury prevention principles. They are supported by an app that allows tracking for compliance and video demonstrations. They are standalone programs, meant to be autonomous.

Eight Weeks to Ski-Ready Strength

This 8-week progressive ski training program is designed for skiers of all levels to build muscle strength and tendon resilience for full days on the mountain. The training ramps up gradually and targets the lower body, upper body, and core to develop the balance, endurance, and injury-prevention strength essential for skiing.

In-Season Ski Strength

This program is designed to support you throughout ski season. It is built and recorded by a Doctor of Physical Therapy with injury prevention and supplemental strength for imbalances that develop over the season in mind. You'll find this 6 week program to support, not take away or make you sore for skiing.
