This 8-week progressive ski training program is designed for skiers of all levels to build muscle strength and tendon resilience for full days on the mountain. The training ramps up gradually and targets the lower body, upper body, and core to develop the balance, endurance, and injury-prevention strength essential for skiing. Ideally, the program starts in October or November, or about two months before your ski trip. After completing the 8 weeks, you’ll continue to have access to all exercises throughout the ski season. Maintaining your strength with 2–3 lifting sessions per week during the season will help you preserve the power and stability you’ve built, keeping you strong and ready for every ski run!
